Charlie focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and business disputes, construction law, healthcare law, property law, and general counsel services.
Prior to establishing Roberts Law PLLC, Charlie was a litigation and trial attorney with a boutique firm in Buffalo and previously served as Assistant General Counsel for Delaware North, a $3.0 billion privately held global leader in hospitality and food management with 60,000 employees.
Charlie is a deeply experienced litigation and trial lawyer whose strength in the courtroom has yielded consistently favorable outcomes for his clients in their most significant commercial disputes.
Through his experience, Charlie possesses a real-world appreciation for the impact litigation has on an organization no matter the company size. In his current position, his unique perspective also benefits his clients and colleagues.
Charlie is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law (cum laude), Buffalo State University (BS Economics), and the Park School of Buffalo.
Charlie’s community involvement includes volunteering and playing in the 11 Day Power Play, serving as director and secretary of Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Foundation, president of the University at Buffalo School of Law Alumni Association GOLD Group, class agent for the Park School of Buffalo Alumni Association, and volunteering with the Family Justice Center. Charlie is also a graduate of Leadership Buffalo, Class of 2017.
Charlie and his wife, Rachel, a teacher in the Ken-Ton School District, live in Tonawanda with their three daughters. Outside of his law practice and community involvement, Charlie enjoys skiing, ice hockey, hiking, biking, fishing, and music.
